I am an experienced, professional therapist devoted to making you feel better. I have tremendous respect for the human body and its ability to let us move freely, painlessly, joyfully. Whether you just want to relax and de-stress or you have pain and movement restrictions that you want to get rid of once and for all, I can help. Each person is different, and each person is treated uniquely. Many of my clients have experienced relief from seemingly hopeless pain problems that doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists have given up on. 

I spend the time with you that is necessary before our sessions to fully understand your needs and problems, and answer any questions. I will explain how I am going to work with you to relieve your discomfort so you can live in balance. After each session I explain your problem patterns and show you how to stretch and exercise for postural improvement that will keep you feeling great.

My sessions incorporate various approaches including, but not limited to: Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Rehabilitative Stretching Procedures and feel good Swedish Massage. I have thorough command of anatomy, trigger point referral patterns, myoskeletal dysfunctions and their effective treatment methodologies.  I tailor each session to the unique needs of every client.
